This heater has a 30 day return guarantee. If the unit is found to be defective you may return it for a replacement or a refund within 30 days of purchase.
All shipping charges to and from locations outside the continental United States will be the responsibility of the customer.
In the unlikely event you need to return your heater it must be in "new condition". It must be packed in the "original shipping box" using all "original packing" to avoid damage during shipment. Also included must be the remote control, operations manual and all other materials that originally came with the unit.
