Every effort will be made by our ground carrier to deliver the product you purchased from Eco Sun Technologies, LLC. Should we incur additional shipping cost due to an incorrect address or a package deemed undeliverable by our ground carrier, we will pass that cost on to the customer. Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
Cancellation Policy
Once an order is submitted, any cancellations are subject to a 25% restocking fee. No Exceptions. This includes any refusal of the package from our ground carrier or any returned package to Eco Sun Technologies, LLC. A restocking fee of 25% and the return shipping fee will be deducted from the customer's refund.
